The company was founded and is managed by a Professor of organic chemistry with years of experience in natural products, particularly in relation to the herbal medicine industry. The company produces; medicinal and aromatic plant extracts for supply to the beverage and food industries, herbal medicines and herbal teas. We also sell quality assured African medicinal and aromatic plant parts and provide quality assurance laboratory services for botanicals and other industrial products that include; herbal medicines, medicinal and aromatic plant parts, shea nuts & shea butter, cashew nuts, coffee beans, cocoa beans, food crops e.g. yams and fresh fruits and vegetables, pineapple, avocado pear, spices, milk and dairy, beverage, meat and poultry, cosmetics, food, animal feed, pesticides and environmental protection.
We also offer consultancy services in the following areas; preparation of herbal medicines, preservation of herbal medicines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), industrial applications of medicinal plants, safety and efficacy of herbal medicines, storage and packaging of botanicals, cultivation of medicinal plants, conservation of medicinal plants, sustainable harvesting of medicinal plants, Good Agricultural and Harvesting Practices (GAHP) of medicinal plants, preparation and storage of herbarium samples, trade information on botanicals and medicinal plants.
PMCL is registered to import and or export machines and equipment for the processing and packaging of botanicals and other products that include; medicinal plants, herbal medicines and agricultural products e.g. shea nuts and shea butter, cocoa beans and cocoa butter, coffee beans, cashew nuts, fresh fruits (e.g. juices), purees and pastes (e.g. tomatoes), tea bags, capsules, vegetables, flour (plantains, yams and cocoyam), powders (e.g. spices), sauces, jams, and other food, body and pharmaceutical products e.g. shampoos, body lotions and tooth pastes.
PMCL has a medicinal plant farm that serves as a model to our clients.
